Directions

From Exeter:  Head towards Launceston on the A30, coming off at the exit to Tregadillet (one after Launceston). Turn right at the mini roundabout. Take the second turning on the right (there is a blue arrow sign and a patch of grass with a tree). This is our road, but it has no name! Continue for half a mile. We are on the left just before a notice board with a bench, and just after a red brick agricultural building. Landrends Barns & Landrends House. Come up to the top of the drive, and you will see the barn in front of you.

From Bodmin: Come off the A30 at the exit to North Cornwall, Wadebridge & Camelford. Take the first exit at the roundabout, signposted to Tregadillet. Drive through the village of Tregadillet, and out the other side. Go straight over the mini roundabout.
